You are not qualified. You are called.
None of us begins ready for service. God calls first — and then He forms, equips and sustains the person He sends.
Formation weekend · Warsaw
For provincial leaders — especially new leaders — and future leaders in the Emmanuel Community.
16–18 OCT 2026 · Teaching, testimonies, practical workshops and a night of worship for the Emmanuel Community from around the world.

A PERSONAL INVITATION
Watch the invitation to the Formation Weekend. The YouTube film will appear here as soon as it is ready.
WHY THIS WEEKEND?
Leadership in the Community is not a prize for the most competent. It is a response to a call — lived with others, rooted in prayer and shaped over time.
This weekend is a place to breathe, learn, hear honest stories and take the next faithful step. Come with your questions. Come with what is unfinished.

WARSAW BY NIGHTWHAT WE WILL EXPLORE
Teachings will be woven together with personal testimonies, small-group conversation and concrete practice.
None of us begins ready for service. God calls first — and then He forms, equips and sustains the person He sends.
How to carry responsibility without losing the source: prayer, discernment, delegation and care for people.
Listening well, speaking clearly and walking through tension in a way that protects truth, unity and relationship.
A hands-on talent workshop for future leaders: discover your strengths and learn how they can serve the community.
Concrete tools and shared experience for those beginning responsibility for a province: rhythm, team and decisions.
An unhurried Friday evening of praise, adoration and intercession — returning every responsibility to the One who called us.
A joyful evening encounter with Warsaw — its lights, its history and time to reconnect as one international family.

We learn leadership from people who said yes before they felt ready.
STORIES THAT STAY WITH YOU
Leaders from different countries, vocations and stages of service will speak honestly about calling, failure, conflict, grace and the surprising ways God equips us.
WHO WILL LEAD US
Experienced leaders from across the Emmanuel Community will bring teaching, testimony and practical wisdom.

A PLACE WITH A WITNESS
We will meet at Dom Pielgrzyma AMICUS, within the parish grounds of St Stanislaus Kostka in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district.
This is the church where Blessed Jerzy Popiełuszko served and celebrated his famous Masses for the Homeland. His grave and museum are next door. On 14 June 1987, St John Paul II came here to pray at Fr Jerzy’s grave and meet his parents.
